To initiate a return please EMAIL RICHDIAMONDSLLC@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours of your product delivery to initiate a return.

Note: RETURNS must be received by RICH DIAMONDS LLC within 7 days of delivery otherwise 20% re-stocking fees will apply. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery. No exceptions. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Online Return Policy

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At Rich Diamonds LLC. Our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order; our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better!

  •     Return packages must be received within 7 business days of the date your order shipped from us.
  •     Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
  •     Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  •     Email us to obtain a Return Confirmation Number.
  •     Please write confirmation number as well as receipt if applicable and place forms inside package being returned.
  •     A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise by mail.
  •     Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded without paying reshipment fees.
  •     The returned merchandise should be received no later than 10 days from the time the Return Authorization is issued. If merchandise is received after the 10 day period the return will be declined.
  •     Return shipping will not be refunded.
  •     Customer is responsible for covering shipping charge if product is being exchanged or returned.
  •     Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.
  •     Rich Diamonds LLC reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
  •     All purchases with gift certificates cannot be returned.
  •     Final Sale on all international orders/ All Hair Orders/All Swimwear Orders/ All Contour Fajas Orders/ All EyeLash Orders due to the nature of these items.

Returns/Exchange (What To Do)

Email us  with your order ID prior to returning your order to prevent delays in processing

Be sure to include all packaging that came with product

You will receive an email with your return I.D. number. Once your return has been authorized.

Please either print this page or write the return number on a paper with the merchandise being returned.

Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return i.d. will not be CREDITED. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.


No refunds. Store CREDIT or exchange ONLY. You will have to pay additional shipping for any exchange. Taxes and fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Refused Packages
